Eligibility to purchase
When placing an order with Northern Harvest, we’ll ask for a few basic details so we can prepare and deliver your order with care.
We simply ask that the information you provide at checkout — such as your name, contact details, and payment information — is accurate and current. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment details used are authorised and correct.
On rare occasions, we may need to request a little additional information before processing an order. This is purely to ensure everything runs smoothly and to keep our customers’ orders safe and secure.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that someone is available to receive your order at the nominated delivery address. If no one is present at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card with instructions on how to collect your order from your local post office.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it and outlining the details of your purchase.
Your order will be officially accepted, and the contract between you and Northern Harvest will be completed, once we send a follow-up email confirming that your order has been dispatched. At this point, the sale contract is concluded in Australia, and the language of the contract is English.
While we always aim to fulfil every order, there may be rare occasions where we’re unable to accept or process an order. This may occur if:
- Payment authorisation cannot be obtained
- Shipping restrictions apply
- An item is out of stock or does not meet our quality standards
- Eligibility requirements outlined in our Terms & Conditions are not met
Northern Harvest also reserves the right, at its discretion, to decline or cancel an order where necessary.
From time to time, we may need to withdraw products, update website content, or suspend or cancel a transaction, including after processing has begun. In such cases, Northern Harvest will not be liable to you or any third party for any resulting loss, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend keeping a copy of your order confirmation and tax invoice for your records.
Shipping Policy
At Northern Harvest, we take great care in preparing and packing every order, so it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days once dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Northern Harvest is not responsible for courier delays due to weather, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of olive oil as a food product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Northern Harvest olive oil is a natural, single-estate product.
As with all authentic olive oils:
- Colour, flavour, aroma, and texture may vary from harvest to harvest
- Natural sediment or cloudiness may occur, especially in cooler temperatures — this is a sign of minimal processing and quality
- Storage conditions after delivery are the responsibility of the customer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Allergen & Food Safety Statement
Northern Harvest extra virgin olive oil contains 100% olives.
Our oil is produced and bottled following strict food safety standards. While every care is taken, it is the customer’s responsibility to review product suitability for their individual dietary needs.
