Honouring our Heritage
Our olives are gently crushed using traditional stone milling – one of the oldest olive oil extraction methods in the Mediterranean.
Large granite stones slowly mill the whole olive, generating minimal heat and preserving the oil’s natural aroma, flavour, and antioxidants. This method favours quality over yield, resulting in a balanced, full-bodied oil that reflects both the land and the craft behind it.
